The
development
of our shared
knowledge base
began while
we were graduate
students at
MIT. Michael
Goodman
was a student
of Jay Forrester’s,
the founder
of system dynamics
and developed
the first textbook
in this field.
David
Peter Stroh
trained with
Richard Beckhard,
one of the founders
of organization
development,
and then co-founded
Innovation Associates,
the pioneering
consulting firm
in organizational
learning, with
Charles Kiefer,
Peter Senge,
and Robert Fritz.
We have worked with thousands of people across
every sector and numerous
industries in many countries
and cultures. We have developed
many of the innovations
that make Systems Thinking
accessible to organizational
leaders and enable them
to achieve significant,
sustainable change. We share
a long-time collaboration
through Innovation Associates
and a commitment to share
what we have learned with
our clients and colleagues.
